I. Brief Introduction
The Machine is the newly developed fully automatic high-speed plane earband mask production line, which includes automatic raw material feeding, automatic conveying, cutting nose bridge, mask edge welding, folding&ultrasonic fusion, molding, cutting and other full-process automation, to complete the entire production process from coil raw materials to finished masks.
The Machine is composed of a mask body machine and two ear belt machines. The automatic conveyor belt and connecting machine are added. The unique design helps the company to improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs. The whole machine is automatic operation from material feeding, nose line insertion, edge banding and cutting finished products, only one person is needed to operate, and the whole process is fully automated production.

The machine production line realizes the fully automated production of plane masks, which mainly includes the processes of coil feeding, folding and pressing, nose bridge feeding, mask forming, mask cutting, ear strap feeding and welding, and finished product delivering.  The equipment adopts ultrasonic welding method with beautiful appearance, sanitation and environmental protection. The masks produced are comfortable to wear, no pressure, good filtering effect, fit the face of the person, and can be applied to medical, electronics, mining, construction and other industries.

1. The machine is connected by one body machine and two ear belt machines. After the body machine outputs the mask sheet, it is transported to the turning mechanism by the conveyor belt structure, and then is turned to the conveyor belt connected to the ear belt machine by the turning mechanism, and then the mask sheet is transported to the ear belt machine by the conveyor belt. And then the ear belt machine completes the welding of the ear belt of the mask, the edge wrapping, etc., thus completing an ear mask product Production.

2. The mask machine production line is mainly used for the automatic formation of flat masks: the whole roll of fabric is driven by a roller after unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and wrapped; the nose beam is pulled by the whole roll and unwound, and the fixed length is cut and imported into the wrapped fabric, the two sides are ultrasonically welded to the seal, and then the ultrasonic lateral seal is cut and formed by the cutter; the mask is sent to the two mask ear strap welding stations through the assembly line, and the final mask is formed by ultrasonic welding; when the mask is made, it is transported to the flat belt line through the assembly line for collection.

IV. Mechanical characteristics:
